Usage | Avermectin: Controls mites, miners, suckers, Colorado beetles, etc., active stages on ornamentals, cotton, citrus fruits, pome fruits, nut crops, vegetables, potatoes, and other crops. Application rates for mite control ranged from 5.6 to 28g/ha and 11 to 22g/ha for control of leaf pickers. Also used for fire ant control. Clofenapil: Controls many insects and mites, including those resistant to para-carbamate, organophosphate, and pyrethroids pesticides and inhibitors of chitin synthesis in cotton, vegetables, citrus, top fruits, vines, and soybeans. Among the pests that are resistant to the conventional products controlled by clofenapol are short vipalpus phoenicis (leprosis mite), Leptinotarsa decemlineata (Colorado potato beetle), Helicoverpa spp. This genus, the diamondback moth and the four-leaf clover. |
