Mode of action	It is used to kill insects produced during storage of rice, wheat, beans and other grains, such as valley weevil. It is often used in combination with insecticide pyrethrin to form a complex for synergistic effect. The death rate of pyrethrin alone (housefly for example) was 46%, and the death rate of Chemicalbook was 92% when combined with pyrethrin (30mg+400mg). This product is usually mixed with 10 times the amount of pyrethrin to prepare 0.05% ~ 0.2% emulsion or powder for use.
Uses	A synergist for the pyrethrins and related insecticides.
